Working with and for women

The Local Mission works with and for women: it brings together the strengths and expertise of professional women to support the social and professional integration of young women in the region. Over the course of these 10 days, the program covers the key principles of career guidance, training, and job search techniques. Additionally, the program focuses on developing skills and highlighting personal qualities and strengths. It also addresses building self-confidence, legal rights, access to culture, and healthcare! In fact, the Local Mission offers sports activities, visits to cultural sites, a meal at a restaurant, and a wellness session. The initiative has been in place since 2024 and has proven its necessity through the progress of these young women: enrollment in training programs, securing jobs in the months that followed or even immediately… all accompanied by a sense of personal peace and a more hopeful vision of the future.
