Intellectual property rights of THE SOLUTION

The Solution is the full and complete property of MESCENES PRODUCTIONS. 

Both the general structure of the Company (graphic charter) and its content (texts, slogans, graphics, images, sounds, videos), including software, databases and newsletters are the property of MESCENES PRODUCTIONS and are protected by the laws and regulations applicable to intellectual property rights. 

The use of all or part of the Solution, in particular via downloading, reproduction, transmission, significant extraction of its content, representation or distribution, for any purpose other than the Internet user's personal use, is strictly forbidden. Violation of these provisions may render the author liable under the French Intellectual Property Code and the French Penal Code in the event of counterfeiting, and under the French Civil Code in the event of civil liability on the part of the Internet user.

The trademarks, domain names as well as the drawings and models appearing on the Solution are the exclusive property of the company MESCENES PRODUCTIONS or of its service providers. The creation of hypertext links to the Solution may only be made with the express, written and prior authorization of the company MESCENES PRODUCTIONS, which authorization may be revoked at any time, without notice and without reason. 

Internet sites containing a hypertext link to the Solution are not under the control of MESCENES PRODUCTIONS. 

MESCENES PRODUCTIONS cannot be held responsible for the content and nature of these sites, and consequently declines all responsibility (particularly editorial) concerning access to and the content of these sites. 

MESCENES PRODUCTIONS shall not be held liable for any hypertext links within the Solution to other sites, or in general to any existing resources on the Internet. 

The company MESCENES PRODUCTIONS is free to modify, adapt, delete, at any time, without notice and without reason, the content of the Solution.
